North Central Community Action Agencies, Inc. (NCCAA) is a private, not-for-profit corporation established in 1966 to address the issues and concerns facing low income persons in LaPorte, Starke, and Pulaski Counties. Through the programs and services available, we strive to enable economically disadvantaged people to become self sufficient and less dependent on public assistance. NCCAA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors with equal representations of elected officials, low income persons, and private business.
